Our mission is to fund the advancement of justice by improving access, education and accountability.

How we accomplish our mission
IOLTA: Since 1987, the Foundation has awarded more than $42 million to various legal-related organizations that work on behalf of the justice community.

Donor support: We seek the support of the private Bar. With your help we can make more progress to advance justice. Our annual gala is one way the Foundation engages members of the SC Bar.

The Foundation is governed by a 14-member Board of Directors and is incorporated in South Carolina as a not-for-profit, charitable and educational organization. We are a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
