Beverly A. Carroll as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Foundation. Carroll is a partner with K&L Gates, LLP. She is a graduate of Winthrop and the University of South Carolina School of Law. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and employment law and she is a certified employment and labor law specialist. Ms. Carroll practices in both of the Carolinas. She has served on the South Carolina Bar Board of Governors and currently serves in the SC Bar House of Delegates. Ms. Carroll is a member of the Rock Hill Economic Development Board, recently completing a two-year term as its chair, is vice-chair of the Rock Hill Parks & Recreation Commission and is a member of the Board of Directors of the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce.
